ClutchPoints reporter Brett Siegel wrote an article today reviewing Myles Turner's departure from the Pacers this summer and joining the Bucks.
Brett Siegel wrote in the article: "A source familiar with the situation revealed before the start of the season that Turner's contract extension negotiations this summer were very unstable. Turner feels that he deserves a contract with an annual salary of 25 million+, especially since he previously signed a team-friendly contract, but the Pacers have never been prepared to provide an annual salary of more than 22 million."
This summer, Turner joined the Bucks for 109 million in four years.
