Spoelstra: Reducing pick-and-roll tactics is a choice for lineup adaptation, and more dead-ball tactics will be added.

Today, in the NBA preseason game, the Heat lost to the Grizzlies 125-141 at home.

After the game, Heat coach Spoelstra was interviewed and talked about the team’s reduced use of pick-and-roll tactics during the preseason.

Spoelstra said: "We will add some dead-ball tactical deployments, and we are already arranging some of them. But judging from our current lineup, I don't think the team will be at the forefront of the league in the frequency of use of pick-and-roll tactics, but we have to wait and see what the final situation will be."
