According to US media TMZ, Lakers fan Garcia is suing LeBron James, accusing the NBA superstar of deceiving him in "Decision 2" and causing him to lose hundreds of dollars.
In an interview with the media, the fan revealed that he was embarrassed by the ridicule from his friends after the Hennessy ad was released. He said: "The indictment did not mention mental damages, but in fact it should have been written. I didn't want to extort money. I just wanted to refund the ticket price. I have never been the kind of person who takes advantage of opportunities to make money."
