Today, Heat star Wade talked about his daily routine after retirement on his podcast "Time Out with Dwyane Wade on the WY Network".

"I get up at 5:30 every morning and start my day's work. This ensures a normal schedule. In addition to physical gains, for me, getting up early makes me feel mentally good. This is a peaceful state of mind. I think it gives me a sense of calm. I feel like I'm walking a lot lately, more than 10,000 steps a day, and I feel like I'm actively helping myself because I know my family has a history of diabetes and I don't want to be as healthy as possible for my kids.
