According to Italian media football market reports, Florence will not buy out Goodmondson for 17 million euros.

Godmondson was loaned to Fiorentina by Genoa this season, and the agreement included a buyout clause of 17 million euros. Media revealed that Fiorentina will not activate this clause before June 24, mainly due to a judicial case in the players at home.

Florence is considering a paid lease renewal of Goodmondson and is expected to hold talks with Genoa mid-next week. In recent days, Goodmondson's agent has recommended the player to Milan. Genoa is happy to trade with Milan, but Milan's response is currently relatively cold and this deal may be discussed in the future.

Roma, Atlanta, and Bologna were all interested in Goodmondson and asked Genoa and the players' team about the relevant situation. Regardless of whether the player stays in Fiorentina, he is expected to continue playing in Serie A.
