AC Milan officially announced its annual financial report, with revenue reaching 494.5 million euros, setting a new record and making profits for three consecutive seasons for the first time in history.

Milan official announcement:

At today’s shareholders’ meeting, AC Milan announced its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The financial report was approved by the board of directors in October.

In this season, which marks the 125th anniversary of the club’s founding, the club achieved profits for three consecutive years for the first time, with a comprehensive profit of 3 million euros. In addition, the club achieved a record total revenue for the third consecutive year, reaching 494.5 million euros, an increase of 10% compared to the 2023/24 season.

This marks an acceleration of the club’s growth, in line with Redbirds’ long-term vision and driven by its extensive experience and operations in global sports, media and entertainment. This is also the result of the rigorous and strategic approach adopted by AC Milan’s top management, ensuring financial stability while putting sport at its core.

From an operational perspective, the growth in the 2024/25 season is mainly driven by commercial revenue, including "sponsorship revenue" and "commercial revenue and royalties", totaling 152.3 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 6%. Audiovisual and media revenue also increased, with an increase of €1.9 million.

In addition, player management revenue increased significantly by 30.6%. In particular, recent financial results show a net increase of €14.3 million in player registrations compared to the previous financial year. In comparison, the total investment in players over the past two seasons exceeded 250 million euros. In addition, the development of the youth training system has been strengthened through the Milan Future Project, which is an important investment by the club in the development of young talents.

As of June 30, 2025, the club's financial position has strengthened year by year, with net assets of 199 million euros, partially mitigating the impact of reduced revenue due to the failure to participate in European competitions. Net financial debt was €92.6 million, an increase of €43 million compared to the 2023/24 financial year.

Looking to the future, as one of the core principles of the club's strategic development plan, the new stadium project has made historic and important progress, culminating in the acquisition of the San Siro Metropolitan Functional Area. Redbird’s extensive experience in the development of sports facilities and world-class entertainment facilities, along with the design by internationally renowned architecture firms Foster+ Partners and MANICA, will result in a unique and cutting-edge project that will not only become a new symbol for the club and the city of Milan, but will also benefit Italian football as a whole.

Finally, AC Milan has also released its 2024/25 sustainability report, making it the first Italian club to adopt such a tool since the 2012/13 season. The report was prepared in accordance with the latest international standards and covers governance, social and environmental impacts, involving the club and the Milan Foundation.

The latest version of the report adds an innovative maternity leave policy for female players and staff, as well as a new sponsor selection and evaluation process to strengthen the monitoring of social projects. As a large social and cultural institution connecting more than 500 million supporters around the world, AC Milan recognizes the responsibility that comes with our commitment to our stakeholders, fans and wider community.
