Barcelona questionnaire: The board of directors was recognized by 86% of members, Frick scored 9.5 points, men s football scored 9 points, women s football scored 8.9 points

According to the official website of Barcelona, club members highly praised the management of the board of directors and the performance of the team.

According to the observation report for the 2024/25 season, about 64% of the members surveyed gave a "good" to "excellent" rating for the management of the board of directors. In addition, they gave extremely high ratings for hiring Frick as the first team head coach, with a score of up to 9.5 points (out of 10 points).

This survey, conducted by the Feedback Institute, an applied research organization, covers many aspects, from the work of the board of directors to the status of various sports departments and the progress of the Espai Barça project. It is based on a sample of 3,000 male and female members aged 18 and above who live in Spain, and is completed between June 10 and 20, 2025. The survey results show that 86% of respondents recognized the performance of the board of directors, and about 64% of them gave "good" to "excellent". Members also expressed positive attitudes to major decisions such as the collaboration with Spotify (score of 8.4) and the renewal of Nike (score of 8.2); new signing players Ormo and Victor received 7.4 points. Regarding the progress of the Espai Barça project, it was evaluated with a score of 6.6. In terms of sports performance, the club overall received 8.3 points, with the men's football team and women's football team first teams reaching 9 points and 8.9 points respectively.

At the social and organizational level, members continued to give positive feedback, with 6.8 and 6.5 respectively; in terms of economic conditions, 64% believed that the current situation was good, and 55% expected improvement in the future.

It is worth noting that the concept of "not just a club" is still recognized by 85% of respondents, mainly due to the Lamacia youth training camp, its unique ownership model and its close ties to the Catalonian region. As for ownership structure, 88% supports maintaining the existing model that is fully member-owned; using Catalan also receives a 78% support rate. The main motivations for being a member of the club include loving the club (81%) and being proud of being a fan (80%). 91% of respondents expressed their willingness to renew their membership.

Although only 30% of members purchased season passes for the Louis Komanis Olympic Stadium, 40% have watched the game there at least once. The overall experience score was 7.1 points, with the seat selection system and ticket price settings receiving 6.9 points, while the pre-match registration process was 5.9 points.

In the event celebrating the 125th anniversary of the club, the mascot CAT and the official song "L’escut al pit" reached 92%, with an average score of 7.9 points. The

"Volem la Pilota" declaration was also rated as "good" or "excellent" by 90% of people. Finally, in terms of gender equality, sustainable development and foundation work, the Barcelona club's efforts received 7.6 and 7.5 points respectively, while the foundation itself is well known to 89% of respondents.
